A new version of the XMM-Newton EPIC Serendipitous Source Catalogue, 4XMM-DR11, has been released on 18th August by the XMM-Newton Survey Science Centre (XMM-SSC) in collaboration with the SOC. Holger Stiele joined the Universidad de Cantabria since June, as a post-doc under the supervision of Francisco Carrera. Until the end of the project, he will be mainly involved in work package 6, but will also have major contributions to work packages 7 et 8.
Maitrayee has just joined the IRAP lab, since the beginning of July, as a post-doc under the supervision of Natalie Webb. For 2 years, Maitrayee will be mainly involved in work package 5, but will also contribute to work packages 1, 3, 8, 9 and 10.
Recently, the University of Cantabria has publicized an article in XMM2Athena project in its web news (in Spanish). There also a nice interview with Francisco Carrera and Maria Teresa Ceballos talking about the project (again in Spanish, of course). Many thanks to them for their time.
